The Turtle Flambeau Flowage and Lake Superior are two of my favorite bodies of water and are well-represented in this collection of photos. The ice in all its stages of forming and retreating is particularly fascinating to me. The many waterfalls in northern Wisconsin and Michigan’s upper peninsula are another favorite subject although navigating winter weather and rocky shorelines gets tougher every year.
